Half a pumpkin Diced (and roasted with Olive Oil)
3 TBL Gluten Free Flour
2 TBL Pine Nuts
Chopped Parsley or Chopped Dill
1 ripe Avocado
1 Lime (juiced)
1 TBL Organic Tahini
Mash the pumpkin then add the flour, pinenuts and whisked egg. Fry in heated oil until cooked on both sides.
Mash the avocado, add juice of one lime and 1 TBL Tahina and mix all together.
