So how does a person who hates garlic live on hummus? She/He makes her/his own of course. Here's the cheats way..
Rinse a can of Chickpeas (organic if possible)
In a blender add:
1/4 C olive oil (the best quality) A sprig of mint (or coriander) to taste Juice of one lemon + Plus I grate 1 tbl rind 2 TBL Tahini The Chickpeas...
Ieat it with rice crackers because I avoid gluten as much as possible and sometimes I get some stiff lettuce leaves and put a dollop of hummus in the middle and wrap it up and C R U N C H....yum and healthy.
Sometimes I sprinke with Dukkah.
Hummus without garlic
