It is easy to focus on what we don't have in life or what we want in life, and in the process of doing that we are missing opportunities to be in a state of gratitude. Whether you believe in the Law of Attraction or not, like attracts like so if you are constantly worrying, thinking about what you don't have, wishing for a better life and having those dark feelings, nothing you say will stop you attracting more of what you don't want. Attracting abundance into your life is all about mindset and taking action.
To move out of a negative space you need to feel uplifting emotions. This is not an easy thing to do believe me. One way to help get in a space of gratitude is by practising it. Here are 5 things you could be grateful for:
You can breathe: That means you are alive and have plenty of opportunities to fix your mindset and your life.
Appreciate nature - stop and gaze at the flowers, stare at the blue sky and thank the sun for its energy, thank nature for every time you have a glass of water, thank the trees for helping us breathe.
Someone loves you!
You must have access to a phone, computer and internet to be reading this, therefore you have opportunities to learn new skills online.
Did you eat this morning? Then you are luckier than many on this planet.

After I read Rhonda Byrne's book "The Power" and practised the lessons from the book, my life took and instant uplift. The Power is based on using love to attract abundance into your life.. Love comes in many forms so I will give you my take-out points from the book that helped me.
I would say in my mind "I love you" or some other nice thought to strangers as they walked by me. I made sure I was genuine in these thoughts because it is feelings and emotions that work with the Law of Attraction, not just words without meaning.
I would see a flower or some other beautiful gift from nature and stop and appreciate how much I love nature.
I would gaze up at the Universe at night and appreciate and love how wonderful our Creator is to give us this.
Love is the opposite of Fear. In other words fear brings all sorts of dreadful feelings whereas love brings joy and more love. Why would you choose negative feelings over joyful ones? Being negative and fearful is not going to help you so you may as well be cheerful.
Feel good about money even if you don't have any. Being scared that you don't have enough to pay the bills is only going to give you more of that. Find hope, maybe you can take up a side hustle or take on a second job for a while. Hope is a much better feeling than fear, so go for hope. Keep your cash always in order and neat in your wallet to show how much you appreciate money.

Contemplate on those words because they are very powerful.
Limitless thinking - in other words don't think small or put yourself in a box. Give yourself permission to think big, and daydream about what you want in life.
A courageous spirit isn't scared to try new things or be creative. Take yourself out of your comfort zone and do it often.
A grateful and receptive heart is a powerful part of the Law of Attraction. I've already touched on gratitude, you must also be open to receiving. Never knock back anything somebody has offered you because you feel too humble. You must be willing to show the Universe that you will receive what gifts come your way.

What ever you constantly think of will either make you feel uplifted or down. If you are constantly thinking about the state of the world as it is currently with COVID, and constantly worry you will be in a negative vibration and it will only give you more of what you fear. Take time away from the news, don't believe everything you are being told. If in doubt do your own research. Do what makes you happy because life is too short to be miserable.
