A quick to make and very tasty and healthy salad or snack is Cucumber with Miso: This will serve two people I telegraph cucumber, peeled and chopped into chunks 2.5 TBL of Miso Paste 1.5 TBL of Water 2 TBL Rice Vinegar 1 TBL Honey 1 TBL Toasted Sesame Seeds. I have a sweet tooth and when I crave a little something sweet I whip this little dish up. One Banana 1 1/2 tsp Almond Butter 1 tsp Maple Syrup (more if you want sweeter) Plain Greek Yogurt to serve. Chop the banana and place on tin foil. Spread the Almond Butter and sprinkle the maple syrup over. Make the tin foil into a little parcel and bake in oven on 200 for about 15 minutes.
